Well, going to try again. Have not done well. Needing a lot of support and motivation. Been very stressed which doesn't help. And now having to take up to 4-5 shots a day of insulin does not make me happy. Diabetic, manic depression and shots. Sometimes I just feel like giving up. But something is keeping me going I guess. Just not motivated right now but want to be if that makes sense.

Dear, its fine just take a look into ur wite paper in ur life book u will feel better for sure , always say that ur life it better than others, and u need to lose wieght to live more with ur family.
make ur goal first as 80 kg when u will reach it u will feel that u need to lose more, keep away from stress take ur time to lose wieght, its fine if u lose 1 kg in a week or 2 weeks, but make sure that u r losing weight... good luck dear hope to u all the best
