I am continuing to eat far less in calories and fat. Since New Year's, I have not eaten any fried foods, whole milk, or soda. My eating habits compared to prior to New Years is like night and day. I am proud to say that I have walked at least 2 miles a day this week and it is surprising that my endurance has improved this much. On Wednesday I not only washed a van and my car, but walked almost 3 miles. Unbelievable!!!! Although I exercise more and eat less than before, it seems as though there is no weight loss this week. I am not sure why that is. However, I will continue to push forward. I know in the end, results will be apparent. People tell me that they have noticed that I have lost weight, however for some reason I doubt them. I guess I am wanting to see bigger results, faster. LOL.
I am reminded that it was a process getting all of this weight on, so it is a process getting it off.
