Another day down on the scale! I guess my body is telling me that the little bit of working out i have done is helping. I m very encouraged and excited! I m not doing very much, but every little bit counts! Yay me!!!!
107.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

And yes, every little bit helps...eating right, portion control, exercise...anything you do that is a better choice (even if it is only slightly better) makes a difference and your body will react to it.
