I have been on Metabolic Research Diet Center diet and have had great success. I have felt great but now that I am on maintenance I am struggling. altogether i have lost 100 lbs. I have set for myself a new goal and hope to make it. For the 100 lbs I followed the diet perfectly now since I've been given more food choices I find myself binging by the end of the day. I need to stop justifying my binge eating. I don't know if you know what I mean. But it starts simply by eating something a little off my plan and then it explodes. So for today I'm writing down what I plan to eat and sticking to it. I wiegh my self every day and wish the reminders to weigh in would come daily or more frequently if we choose.

Marge. I too have lost 100lbs on MRC. I am having trouble with binging now that I have reached a significant goal. I haven't started maintenance yet. I was going for 20 more lbs. Last week I followed everything on plan and then on Sunday my husband who is going to culinary school insisted that I try some pasta he made. One thing led to another an by the end of the day I was completely off. Following for a week with no blunders made me feel in control and confident, but just that Sunday mistake led to giving in to Monday night temptations. I am back on track today and hope to remain that way for the next 20lbs. Wish me luck.
