It has been awhile since I posted a journey entry, but I am still on the path toward better health! Finally posted a weight loss today; I have not been diligently trying to lose this past month but it has been a good practice of what maintenance might look like.
I'm still working out regularly; both my workouts and my leaner way of eating have become a habit. However, I still need FS! It is good to look at my weight loss chart to remind myself of my progress thus far, and to not slip back into old ways!
