My husband came home yesterday after being away for almost a month. He only get to come home until Sunday, but we will make the best of it! Well, I gave myself an off day, and I eat out twice. Not only did I eat out but I ate chicken strips and fries for lunch, then a beer and hot wings with fries for dinner. I feel bloated! I think next time I'll only eat a little out of range instead of blowing it up! Today I am I back on! I have so much to do today also.

I am glad you get to see your hubby for a few days. You just got off the band waggon for a bit but you hopped right back on. Although the day after an off day you feel icky sometimes it is good for the soul. Hope you have a great weekend with your hubby! FYI, Love the new pic

sadly, I was still off track until today! I tried just kept grabbing stuff. I feel awful but I refuse to feel defeated like I use to. I am in this for the long haul and over time I'll get it all off! I at least didn't gain. Thanks for the support!
