I'm nearly at the end of week 3 - and I cannot believe how much my tastebuds have changed!! I crave things like spaghetti squash and peppers, and turkey breast with a slice of cheese is now my ideal breakfast. Weird...and wonderful! No more awful cravings for chips and pizza and crud like that. AND, fast food? YUCK! I was in a hurry today, so I grabbed a McDonalds angus burger with no bun. It was...nasty. I used to think their meat was really good, but now? Ewww....! I love this new life!
