My weight is up by 3lbs. It is what it is...but that does not discourage me AT ALL. Still eating well...no fried foods only boiling or baking. I had no idea a chef salad had that many calories and fat. Adjustment will be made on that one. Exercising daily. Moved up to 2 miles with a little light jogging incorporated. It has been YEARS since I even ran....lol. I also started taking vitamins on Monday. I feel a slight difference...all in all.....pushing forward. I want 20 lbs lost sooner than later.

Don't lose hope. We all have times when it goes up a couple pounds, the objective is to start again in the morning and NEVER give up. I finally "think" I have it back in my head to begin again. Trying to lose 5 lbs between last Saturday and this coming Saturday, but don't know if I'll make it; but I DO know I'll be down at least 3 lbs by then. Come on girl, you can do this! Call if you need to talk.
