Did OK yesterday... lost 2.5 pounds (probably mostly water - or "crap" weight).
I still have not yet officially started a food plan, per say. I'm just watching what I eat. However, I need to make things more official and specific to maximize my weight loss.

I'll set out my food plan later today and post it under my "Diet" section. For today, I'll do the same as the last two days and just watch what I eat, but I'll be ready to start following some specific guidelines and a real food plan as of tomorrow.

I love the "crap weight" thing. That's exactly how I felt at the beginning. It seems so easy to lose weight because the water weight just falls off. Make sure you're keeping yourself hydrated. You don't want to make yourself sick from being dehydrated. Good job on what you have accomplished so far :)

You will do great - stay motivated and keep your eyes on the prize!! It might be good to get a solid food plan together so you can have some direction with your eating. I'm doing weight watchers now and like it a lot because I can eat whatever I want - just gotta make sure the portions are right. (some diets say no white bread or no sugar but WW isn't like that). Good luck with whatever you choose and DON'T GIVE UP!!!
