Did OK yesterday... lost 2.5 pounds (probably mostly water - or "crap" weight). I still have not yet officially started a food plan, per say. I'm just watching what I eat. However, I need to make things more official and specific to maximize my weight loss.
I'll set out my food plan later today and post it under my "Diet" section. For today, I'll do the same as the last two days and just watch what I eat, but I'll be ready to start following some specific guidelines and a real food plan as of tomorrow.
