It's four months into 2017 and I'm just now journaling. I jumped back on the wagon in the pursuit of good health on Feb 1, completely disgusted by how I was feeling and from my appearance in the mirror. I also joined a gym because I need to build muscle for bone and weight stabilization. I made it there once in four months. Gotta get on a regular schedule. I don't know how anyone finds balance. Life is so chaotic.
