I've got to get back on track with my Frittata Fridays. I blew it off, today, to have some pan grilled salmon and shrimp, along with some broccoli; certainly a worthwhile switch; and very tasty.

That sounds yummy...any leftovers for a Frittata?

Thanks, and no; those were the leftover ingredients from a couple of days ago. However, that does sound like a good idea; grilled salmon and shrimp, with broccoli and a German butterkase (butter cheese), folded into a frittata; I'll have to give that one a try. :-)
