Just made the realisation that in order to keep my weight at 62 kg or 136 pounds, I will need to cope with hunger for the rest of my life. I don't mind the feeling of being hungry that much, but the tummy noises drive me crazy. It is embarrassing....
Better to feel hungry with a waist band on though. My tummy also makes less noises when I am wearing the waist band. I am happy I can put up with yoga waist band cause I know loads of people who can not.
