I really love this site. Every one is supportive and helpful and the encouragement is just awesome.
Same thing tomorrow. Client meetings galore and not much time to think about food. Bleh.
Goal: 20 carbs :l: 1 hour of excercise :l: 64 oz. of water Breakfast: scrambled eggs with mushrooms, onions, zucchini, spinach & shredded left over pot roast coffee with stevia and h.c. 2 I wasn't able to eat more than half of it.
Mid-morning: Balance low carb bar 2 (I'm still trying to get my carbs up in the morning)
Lunch: 1 cup of spaghetti squash sauteed with ham in EVOO with sea salt and pepper 6.98
Mid-afternoon snack: Balance low carb bar 2
Dinner: We ended up doing what we call a 'junk food night'. But we ate stuff that was within the diet and totally with in our carb limit. cheesecake : 2.30
