I need to lose my baby fat. I have a nine month old and I am still carrying around my post pregnancy weight. Before I got pregnant I was 150lbs, I would like to get back there or better. I have to be honest I will probably not exercise. I work two jobs and have two kids and too little time. I started on the first, so this is day two of detox. It's not easy but not as hard as I thought it would be.

Your story sounds familiar. I also need to do alot more exercise but I am all talk and no action. What I have found though is what you digest is probably 5 times more important than what exercise you do as your body has a way of burning things up if you live a busy lifestyle. IMHO you can lose nearly as much as the books say even with minimal workouts. Good luck!
