Yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Full of energy, great. Hunger didn't get bad til after 7. My last juice shot was at 6. Not sure if I should drink another full glass at that time or stick to what I'm doing.I'm sure the plateau time will be coming soon, hoping I have great progress before then so I will have enough motivation to get through it.
