Decided to take some measurements today. Because, sometimes if the scale isn't moving, maybe the inches are decreasing!
So, here are my numbers for today:
Weight - 158.3 lbs Biceps - 11 3/4" Chest - 37" Waist - 33" Hips - 42 3/4" Thighs - 26"
Now I have a reference point for next time!

Still to go: 12.8 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
