Struggling to start dropping again. I did get out yesterday for a 3 mile walk and hoping to do the same today.
Got rid of all size 20 and 22 clothes as well as the 2XL things. Now have mostly size 18 and a few size 16 for inspiration. Not much to choose form to wear. Which is OK since I live on a farm but I will need to get a couple decent outfits.
