I am doing really bad on the weekends and then tend to spend all week just trying to lose the weight I gained on those 2 days. It keeps me hovering right about 222lbs. I really want to at least get below 200 by bathing suit season. That is my short term goal. I know I have plenty of time to get there, but it feels like I am just being stagnant. I have an enabler for a husband who likes to keep things like chocolate cake in the house and likes to go out to eat alot too. I find I am doing really well when I am at work and not spending to much time with him and really bad when he is around 24/7. Is that mean to say?
