OMG - waging MAJOR war with myself!!! We are having car troubles with every vehicle we own - no money to fix them - BAD, BAD, BAD, and I want to EAT!! I don't know how else to deal with stress...it's all I know. HELP ME!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

Ok, deep breaths***you still have control***It is your choice on how you deal with stress. If possible, I would walk off the stress and possibly come up with a solution for the cars. There is always going to be stress and now is the time to break the pattern. You will no longer be a Victim to Stress/Emotional eating...you got this!!!! Be Happy!!!

SO, I knew if I stayed home, I would go nuts with food. My solution, since I have lots of work to do anyway, wasto pack a salad, and egg and a piece of sausage, and head back to work. I hate doing that to my husband and kids, but they understand. We WILL get through this!! Thanks so much for the support - every little bit helps!!
