I have really been getting my protein in recently. I went heavy in the gym all week 500 deadlift, 450 shoulder shrugs getting back to squats dips are easy again. I went clothes shopping this week. I like the current style snugger clothes. No more big mens section for me. Size 36 pants xl shirts always in stock. Size 48s were so hard to find a year ago. I'm not doing the skinny Jeans, grown men shouldn't do that.....
