I ate pretty well today. Yesterday I had two slices of pizza hut pizza around 380 cal each between 12-2pm. I noticed that I was still hungry after eating the pizza. Today I had a 180 cal chicken and veggies frozen meal and a 120 cal jello yogurt and found that I was not hungry in the afternoon.

pizza is good, but if you want it to last longer with less cals, try ALSWAYS having a salad with only 1 slice.
