Today I did nothing at work... some people would say that is awesome, but... after a while, you get bored of surfing the web! lol
No big news today. I'm still motivated and on track! I'll have to skip gym today though... tomorrow I am gonna do some blood tests and also start a blood pressure holter. I'm not really happy with this, but the doctor (that I didn't like) asked for it... it's been a while since I had a check up and I put a lot of weight since. I'm scared!!! I think it will probably say I have high cholesterol, probably starting to develop high blood pressure and diabetes. I can't lie, I was mean to my body in the past few years. But what matters is that I know I am true to my goal and to a healthy life. Even if I do have those health issues, I am sure it will all go away hand in hand with my pounds. In the end, everything is gonna be all right!
