Okay so the weekend went better than I anticipated. The future mother in law was supportive of the diet. We did a planned cheat night Saturday night. The planned cheat was just going to Carrabba's and I planned on getting a huge bowl of pasta but, when I got there - the pasta wasn't as appetizing as I thought it would be. So my only real cheat was the two small pieces of bread that I had. I know that I threw my body out of ketosis so I'm going back to my militant attitude about food until Thanksgiving. I am going to eat anything that I want on Thanksgiving. I'm not going to stress about it. I am not going to beat myself up over it. It's just food and this is just a diet. I'll survive it. I'm not craving sugar at all anymore which I think probably means that my sugar cravings were kicked off by TOM stuff and not because of anything that I was eating or not eating.
I'm really glad to be home.
Breakfast: 1 & 1/2 eggs, scrambled
2 cups of coffee with splenda and powdered cream (ick - must get more Stevia) 6.08
1 string cheese 1
Lunch: tuna salad with mayo,celery, dill pickle on fresh spinach 0.92
sugar free candy: 1
Dinner: Pot Roast 0
