Woo-hooo!! Down almost to pounds this morning - I'm sitting right on top of a ten pounds weight loss - only eight ounces to go. Now have to examine yesterday and see if I did anything diffrent to get here, or if it's just the way this is gonna go.

Ahhh, that makes me feel so much better!! Last time I did Atkins I was in my late twenties and the weight just FELL off - I feel like I'm struggling a lot moe this time. In reality, it's not a struggle at all, just slower. I'll get used to it. The suppport is amazing here, and I thank you!!
