never thought I would say this but I am trying to eat more and I'm trying to eat more fatty. Had my first day in a long time where I really wanted a handful of sweets. (I had to go buy my bosses lunch so was out of my 'safe' zone) I didn't though! yay me! Hoping the scales say THANK YOU this evening.
Goal for the moment: More protein, more fat less cheese.
