Here is my phase 2, day 26 (FS day 35, Sunday, 10th June):
09:00 am - mixed probio cereals, low-fat milk 01:30 pm - grilled panga fish, grilled zucchini 04:30 pm - kiwi/bananna/cinnamon fruit salad 07:15 pm - low-fat yoghurt
And 45 minutes of bicycle workout. One day left!
