Ok so this morning when doing my crunches I noticed that I was touching the base of my fingers to just below my knees - WOW! So I decided I would challenge myself to double my crunches. So after completing my 1st set of 30 crunches I laid flat on the floor for a minute preparing myself for the next set. 10 crunches in I felt the cramp like pain across the top of my abdomen, but I kept going! I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!! 2 sets of 30 crunches this morning before going to work - oh and I did 30 jumping jacks!!!!!!!!!!!!! After I completed the second set of crunches - slower than the first and not touching my legs by the end - I thought I was going to have a bad cramp, but no I didn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!
