So I am sad to say that the holidays got to me and I went off my diet for almost a month! Good news is that all my clothes still fit the same so I know I haven't gained any inches so time to hop back on the train and get motivated again. A month ago my workout was only a 10 minute toning segment on netflix, but today I decided to kick myself into gear and did 3 10 minute toning segments and a 10 minute stretch putting myself up to a 40 minute workout. Trying to kick it off with a good start!
