I have cut my beef intake to t or 2 times a month mostly eat fish, chicken, turkey and veggie burgers when I fell the need for beef but the biggest change in my diet that i did not know it would be such a big inpact on my diet was my increased study time with God and the bible I went on a fruit and vegatable with no breads, dairy or gluten products fast to get closer to God and (I weighed in at 324 at the start of the fast)bring my flesh under subjection( the fast was 21 days)through prayer and obedience( I did no exercise during the fast also) I was able to resist temptation and stay on this F and V diet the whole 21 days.It has officaly changed how I eat my meals now I ea proper portions and actully get full and undrstand how to snack during the day and night better
134.7 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
