Here is my phase 2, day 25 (FS day 34, Saturday, 9th June):
08:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 12:00 pm - mixed salad with tuna and italian dressing 04:00 pm - low-fat yoghurt 07:00 pm - one green apple, low-fat milk/frozen strawberries smoothie
Feeling kind of down today... I hope the weigh-in on monday will give me some more motivation.

You are doing so great with the food that you are eating, feeling down is natural, when your body is changing like it is you loose something but don't let it deter you from your goal and how far you have come! Like I said you are doing great and I would be surprised if you don't loose at your weigh-in! Best of luck! You will do great!
