My fast ends on Jan 30th, then I will be albe to start my high protien low carb 1500-1700 calorie plan and intense INSANITY workout, I have already increased the calories some and I was told to expect some weight gain so Im not gonna panic!
113.9 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
