Well I lost a little and I really have been messed up with this diet-I am sort of on W.W and On S.B at dinner time for hubby! Its weird but it is ok-Till next time-Yvvie

53.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg. Still to go: 1.6 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Losing 0.2 kg a Week
