lowered calories from 3500 to 3000 kcalories for the moment, On 6 april i'm going to travel and i wont be able to weight my foods like i always do, so i will have to approximate, and by the way i know myself, i will probably go over my maintenance number :) Thankfully i will be able to train and do cardio :)
