Very disappointed at the scale this morning. I was really good yesterday, 2 eggs for breakfast, Subway for lunch (chicken, flatbread), and a salad at Friendlies for dinner. So I was surprised to see the scale up from yesterday (forgot to record, but yesterday was 223.1).
Maybe I'm getting close to TOM, I never keep track of those things. Hope so. Going out to lunch today with work (boss's treat), so will probably splurge a bit there - I'll just have to have a small dinner.
