Could have done without the SCMICS last night, or the redvines, but I still came in under my RDI, so mission accomplished. Started out today with Starbucks White Choc. Peppermint Mocha. Too sweet and not as enjoyable as the calories it took up. But, a nice treat, not an everyday thing now. Headed back down on the scale. i have the next two days off from work, so I need to plan dinners, etc. for the coming week and weekend with the girls. If I plan, I will do better than I did last STNW. Planning is always the key to any success that I have. Lack of planning = overeating and self-indulgent, self-sabotage. I also need to get moving more. This snowy weather is really hampering my desire to move, but not my ability to make excuses. :o/
