I'll be honest - today was a total lazy Sunday...
We got up late (for us...about 10am) and just lolled about. Played some Rock Band, played some Tetris, a little Wii Fit Plus.
Decided we didn't want to really do anything at all. Especially *make* dinner. So we had pizza and taco salad.
That was it.
Re-doing Week Three of "First Day to 5K" because I only ran twice last week. In my defense, most days last week were averaging -20 Celsius or colder with windchill.
I'm going to try and do some strength training three days a week now, along with at least five days of cardio. Plus, I want to get back into doing yoga everyday. Either in the morning, before I go running, or last thing at night before bed.
I know it sounds lame, but today I just didn't wasn't up to doing anything. And it seems to happen every Sunday. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it is the only full day that Ian and I have to do anything together. And I know we live together, but he works six days a week and normally I work six days a week and he works day shifts and I work evening shifts.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to my run tomorrow. And the rest of my happy, healthy week!
