Still doing the "March Madness" challenge although I will need to go into April. When you're up to 100 squats, 90 lunges, 55 burpees, 24 push ups and 2.50 minute planks, I just keep up! If I miss one day....disaster as it's too hard to double up on days. At 63....I'm just doing the best I can and it is making me think about what I am putting in my mouth!
