Doing well for the second day in a row. Eating enough to stay feeling good. Eating my dinner now (at 3:30) so that I will not overeat tonight after I get home from the basketball game. I still have snacks to eat on the ride back into town. Trying to weigh every other day instead of every day so that I can'get a better sense of how I am doing. Several little meals throughout the day is the best course for me, but eventually shouldn't I try to break the "grazing" habit where I eat constantly? Maybe making good intentional choices about food counteracts the "grazing"? Anyway, so for this is a good day.
