Hello, today along with the other several days went as planned. I am so proud of myself. this morning I woke up and did my daily 30 min walk. Which now is my 30 min jogg. Yes Yes Yes Yes thats right I'm starting to jog.(Snaps for Me). I want to still thank everyone for welcoming me and lifting me up when i felt as though this diet was going to be the hardest thing in my whole life. But now that i'm two weeks in the program I feel as though I don't even want to taste sweets, fries, cake, cereal, any bad things for this diet. I'm really proud of myself for resisting temptation and going as followed to this diet.Aretha would be proud of me.LOLOLOLOLOL

That is so great to have made the switch from walking to jogging - that is not easy! I keep trying it, and intersperse mini-jogs in my walk and it's hard. Good job!!! I also think I've lost the desire for sweets and bad carbs and it's been 10 weeks since I've had any of them so it's amazing that it's disappeared. I do have the sense that if I indulge, it will come back, so that's why I won't go there.... Have a good weekend!
