Here I am again. It seems that this weight loss yo yo dieting saga was not over last time. I am up like 20 kgs, in two months... how is that even possible?!!??!?! ugh I took two weeks off of work to try to get back on the wagon, seeing as 1. my clothes dont fit and I look pretty bad in them which stuff bulging out 2. I really cant face another perons' disapproving I want to tell you something but dont get mad,,, you gained weight... like no really I didnt notice!!! 3. I need to get my act together being around thin people that are constantly eating isnt gonna help anyone.
So its 3 pm I just ate some okra stir fried with garlic and tomatoes and I must say it was pretty good. I have to go out an bbuy some food though, no vegetables in the house !!!
Here's to starting over :)))
