Happy Saturday morning! It's finally snowing here in PA (last time was October). I feel pretty good minus a lingering headache caused by a very stiff neck (def need an adjustment). Very happy with my weight loss and how healthy I feel. Had my favorite all time snack last night: fried pork rinds with bacon horseradish dip Yumm-O! We went food shopping at 10pm to avoid the mad dashers in preparation for the "snow storm".
I didn't finish cleaning yesterday, so we're going to make some adult beverages later (mine of course is gin and diet tonic) and tackle the rest of our apartment.
I didn't really make any goals for along my weight loss journey. But I I'm going to make a goal of 148 lbs by Feb 14 (we're going out to dinner for Valentine's Day and I want to wear something nice-most importantly I want to "feel" good).
