My journal entry this morning was about yesterday, 1/19/12. Today I did really well, I kept eating little bits of food every hour or so, so I didn't get super hungry. I had a plan for dinner and all the ingredients in my house already so no stopping at the store and wandering around looking and impulse shopping. Tuscan shrimp with white beans was sooooo Yummy! I will definitely make it again. Lots of protein and veggies. Had water to drink and I feel satisfied, not stuffed. Day one of personal mini-challenge to come in under or at my RDI is a success! Yay me!!!!
