Weight last week stayed solid at 276, then went up to 279/280 by Monday (water weight). Felt ill yesterday, so stayed home from work. Didn't eat so well, but somehow my weight went back down to 276 and stayed there.

Feel pretty good that I only missed one workout this week. I've discovered that I much prefer working out in the morning. My clothes are feeling looser, so while my weight isn't really shifting on the scale, something's happening! Kinda wish I'd measured myself last weekend. The husbeast and I will be doing that this Sunday (if we can remember)

Both of us are seeing a bit more definition in our bodies. His legs are looking great (and his tummy looks like it's melting away), and I'm starting to regain my ankles and see my calves again. Hooray! Progress!
125.2 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 59.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
