It's Soup-er Saturday again, and I created a pretty tasty one this time. I made my version of an Italian Meatball Soup, and used some of the meatballs I made, earlier in the week, as well as some hot Italian turkey sausage, and an array of fresh veggies. As said, it turned out pretty good.

I used to make soup all the time. I haven't been interested in soup this winter.
