It's a good day, dropped my waist size from 105 to 95mm, my weight from 84.9 to 83.6kg,..
Is it possible to lose 1kg a week, still do weight lifting and feel amazing.....
83.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
