Today I am going to quit Weight Watchers. I have not been following it for a while - I have been reading the Wheat Belly book and not eating wheat. I feel much better.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Hello Ann, who is the Wheat Belly book by? I too tried Weight Watchers for awhile and gave it up I've been trying the wheat thing on my own but it would be nice to have something to guide me. Good luck if your looking for a buddy I'm available. Addie Aline
