so... I am nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. What if I gain more than I lost last week? My pattern lately has been lose, gain a bit, lose more, gain a bit, lose more, gain a bit. I would like to go back to seeing losses for more consecutive weeks. This is starting to affect my excitement about losing this weight. to think I could be 1 to 2lbs heavier tomorrow is really stressing me. I am so ready to see the 220's. But we will see.... If I gain, I wont post my weight. I will wait for the next week when I drop....
