Liking what I see on the scale...however..I am gonna throw some fresh batteries into that bad boy to make sure everything is on the up and up.
Experience has shown that the weight drops pretty quickly when I start eating right and exercising more...so Ill record a weigh in in a couple days. I know that plateaus will come but I think that is a ways down the road.

Yeah, once you start getting rid of the fast food, junk food, sugar...even if you don't lose weight, you feel so much better! Good for you.
