I'm going to start to try and use this to record my thoughts. I need to reprogramme how I go about things and I think writing it down will help. I'm also going to use it to do all my exercises from the emotional eating course.
O.K. so the experiment this week is to see if I can use Alli and stick to it. I've played about over the last few weeks but I need to really stick to it and the gadgets here will let me work out the fat that I'm taking in so show that I'm sticking to it (or not!).
