Ketosis Baby, I woke up feeling so much better. I did have to go to bed early last night. I was out by 9pm I think just the last part of carb/sugar withdrawls. Today I have had plenty of energy, cleaned the whole house ate really well and I am looking forward to a hot shower and a good night sleep. Oh and I am down another pound. BooYAAhhh!!
